Describe a home and one favourite space.

Rita: The kitchen. It's small, but there's a sunny window. I have tea there.

Speaking strategy

Start with the whole home, then move to one room. Add something you do there so the description feels personal rather than just a list of furniture.

Pronunciation & fluency focus

Connect ‘there's a’ smoothly before the important noun: ‘there's a DESK.’ Pause before describing another part of the room.
